I was raised in a Baptist church. I came to the Lord at an early age, probably seven. Like a lot of people, I walked away in my teen years. I married Bev at 21, and we started a family fairly soon after. We enrolled our sons in VBS every year and had the Pastor visit us on our 3rd year and 3rd VBS Church. We started attending the Cameron Park Baptist Chapel. Bev and our oldest came to Jesus in a few short weeks. I rededicated my life and all three of us were baptized. Our two younger sons followed. Jesus has been our families focus ever since. Jesus has provided everything we have ever needed. In my hardest times, I have reached out to Him and he has provided answers and comfort. I have rejoiced in Him in both good and bad times.
